Every quarter The Heritage Guild of Chestnut Square schedules a special event for our members, volunteers and friends.  These events include wine tastings, murder mysteries, game days, fashion shows, teas, book signings and more!  Events are publicized through our monthly newsletter and our website and are open to the public.  Check our calendar for the next upcoming event. 

Join Us September 10 for Oktoberfest Warm-Up!

Need to warm up for the big Downtown McKinney Oktoberfest celebration on September 25?  Or just want a smaller more intimate Oktoberfest celebration?  Maybe you want to start early....

Whatever your reason, join us for our second annual Oktoberfest Warm-Up on Friday, September 10 from 6:30 - 9:00 at the Bevel House at Chestnut Square.  This year, weather permitting, the celebration will be both indoors and outdoors.  The celebration includes: 

• Light and Dark German beers from Franconia Brewery.
• Accordian music by Bob Cantin
• Authentic German dancing by the Vorstand des Texanischen Schuhplattler Vereins
• German Fare by Cafe Malaga

Tickets are $30/$25 for non-members.  Children 12 and under $10.
