with TexPart Paranormal

Children under 12 are not permitted. Children 12-17 must be accompanied by an adult.

The tour starts at the school house which is on the north east side of the property.

Spend the evening with the investigators from TexPart Paranormal to learn the basics of a paranormal investigation. We start off with a session on how to properly conduct an investigation and how to properly set up your equipment. Basic paranormal investigation equipment will be provided, but feel free to bring your own. Once the equipment setup has been completed we will separate into 4 groups; each group will have a TexPart investigator with them. There will be 3 houses open for investigation; Faires House, Taylor Inn, and the Dulaney Cottage and each group will have the opportunity to investigate in all of the houses. Once the investigations are complete there will be an evidence review session.

Reservations are required.

The next investigation is not scheduled yet. Please check back later.

Tickets are not refundable unless the event is cancelled by Chestnut Square Historic Village.

If you are unable to use your tickets, they are transferrable to another party. If the tickets go unused, you may contact us for a donation receipt.
